We migrated from Built-in authentication to SSO (SAML) based authentication on our Server.
For one user, the email address is different when he initially signed-up (built-in) and he has a different one in SAML based authentication. As a result, the user cannot see his previous workflow in his private studio.
I am planning to do this.
a) Delete the account/private studio that got created in the new way.
b) Update the email address on the old account with the new SAML based email.
c) Asking him to login again with the SSO/pwd so now it can recognize the old private studio as email address is updated.
The challenge I have is I cant perform step 'a' above. Is there a way to delete user account(not just disabling). Or is there an alternative way to easily map the new email to old private studio with different email.
