Running workflow from Gallery with Service Account - Download tool

Hello

I am facing some difficulty trying to run the workflow in Alteryx gallery (on-prem server) with a designated service account. More specifically, I am getting this error when trying to call an external API endpoint with the download tool:

Record #1: Call Quil API - Equity: Record #1: Tool #105: Error transferring data: Failure when receiving data from the peer (Tool Id: 304)

I can run the workflow manually both on my own computer with Designer as well as on the server via Designer. I have also checked that the correct firewalls are open - I can telnet and ping the endpoint from the Alteryx Gallery Server. 

I have ensured that the permissions are all set for the service account, following these guidelines:

I am quite lost as to what could be the issue, I hope someone might have some insight and can help out!

are you able to test the API call with the local server documentation? http://localhost/gallery/api-docs/

(replace with the adrss of your server).
