Rename reports available on gallery in collections

Hi Team,

I have couple of reports available on gallery in collections. Please let me know how i can change names of our reports.

Current approach:-

* opening gallery report directly in designer

* Under Meta info tab, for workflow name, using custom option to rename workflow and then save the report

* But that customized name is not reflecting on gallery 

Please let me know if there is any step that i am missing. Attaching screen shot for your reference.

Hi @Vikas038 - there isn't any existing process to rename an already published workflow on the Gallery. The only way I have known thus far is to:

• open the previously published workflow into the local designer
• republish it with a different name via clicking File >> Save As >> select your Gallery Name >> type-in the new Workflow Name in the Save Workflow dialog box that opens up >> click Save

This approach creates a new copy of the original workflow with a new name, which once published can be used to manually replace the original workflow using the Replace Workflow option visible on the Gallery.
