I'm looking for documentation on the Priority and Assigned Worker features found in the Gallery Create Schedule tool. For Priority feature I'd like to understand how it works. For Assigned Worker how it works is probably self explanatory, but would like to get some advice on best practices and examples on how it would leveraged best.

Priority for Gallery Schedules is determined via the user but set at the Admin level. Please see this thread for that feature -
Basically you can set Low, Medium, High, Critical. If these are all part of Schedules and they are all Queued, the highest priority will go first.
In terms of the Worker settings for Priority and Assigned Worker settings, the only documentation for it exists in the help pages -
