App Userid not found in Gallery Userids

I've gotten a long way following the advice given by smart people like  @mbarone and @KaneG and @OmerM to get the __cloud:UserId and the AlteryxGallery.windowsIdentys table. Then hit a wall I hope some smart people can help me get over.

The userid I get from the __cloud:UserId when I run the gallery app is not quite exactly the same as one that is coming from the AlteryxGallery.windowsIdentys table. Snip below shows my userid coming from the table and the __cloud:Userid. I'm getting legitimate looking values that are oh so close, but not matching.

I saw another post that discovered he was getting crossed up between his QA and Prod databases but we don't have others that I am aware of.  Are there other __cloud variables that could help me debug this?

Ideas are appreciated.

I don't believe so, but I'm not positive.  I've only ever used the cloud ID.

Does the cloud ID at least match the _id field in the Mongo database "users" collection?  If not, then I'm totally stumped.  If it does match, then it sounds to me like there were some wires getting crossed somewhere, somehow.
