Alteryx Gallery administration

In alteryx gallery we want that only 1 person/admin should be able to upload the workflows. Others can only run the workflow. No other user should have right to upload the workflow. Can anyone please help how it can be done,

It's all about the access rights, if you make everyone a viewer and one person an Artisan, then only that one person will be able to upload a workflow

As mentioned, you would just need to set the proper level of permission for all users.

For the user you want to upload the workflows, he or she would be given Artisan or Curator permissions. For the other users who will be running the workflows, they would need member or view permissions. This depends on how you have set up your server (all workflows on general Gallery page or workflows categorized in collections).
