Attempting to publish workflow from a higher Designer version to a lower Server version displays incorrect error or a blank window. If there are existing Gallery details, the workflow can be published.
When a new user signs in to Private Gallery using Windows Authentication and sees various missing UI elements in Gallery, such as an empty My Profile section and nulls in their names, it is because some user attributes have null values in the persistence layer's MongoDB.
Users get an error when logging into Gallery from Designer. If the authentication type is built-in, the error message is "Email or Password are incorrect. Please try again.". If it's Windows Authentication, the error message is "Error during network call".
Workflows stay in "Queued" state or in "Running" state for a lot longer than it would normally take for them to run. If the affected workflows were run as part of schedules, subsequent runs will not occur until the previous one is complete, either with errors or successfully.
Schedules get set to "Disabled" when Users are only in Active Directory Groups but not when they are added to Gallery individually in versions prior to Server 2020.4.
