Why am I getting the error "Problem Loading App Unknown error. TypeLoadException RequestID:XXXX" when running the application on the Gallery?

Environment Details


This article explains why you are getting the error  "Problem Loading App:  Unknown error. TypeLoadException RequestID:XXXX" when running the application on the Gallery.

Error: Problem Loading App  Unknown error. TypeLoadException RequestID:XXXX

 

Cause


Potentially, the reason why you are seeing this error is that the workflow contains a folder browse tool.
The Folder Browse Interface tool is not supported for running apps in both the Alteryx Public Gallery (gallery.alteryx.com) and on a Private Gallery.
