1. Search Gallery logs to confirm errors pertaining to Active Directory Domain Controller. See Cause for the error.
2. Rebooting the Server, at a time that is safe and convenient, has been known to resolve the issue as after a reboot the Server will attach itself to a new Domain Controller.
3. If rebooting doesn't resolve the issue, identify the Domain Controller using these steps:
Run Command prompt as a user that is a Domain Admin (Right Click - Run As A different User)
Use the following command to find the domain controller for the domain: nltest /dsgetdc:<domain_name>
4. Because this is related to the internal network that the Server is on this may require more steps with your IT staff to resolve, however, you will have the information needed for the IT team to investigate further.
