Environment Details


The user supplied does not have access to the given run-as account

 

When trying to edit a Gallery schedule the following error message appears.


 

The user supplied does not have access to the given Run-As Account

 

Environment 

  • Alteryx Server

    • All



Cause


The user trying to edit the Schedule lacks some of the required Run As User Permissions .

Resolution


Make sure that the account of the user that is trying to edit the Schedule has the permissions listed in Required Run As User permissions. Please note, that this typically might typically require IT involvement.
