Server Web UI pages are blank after Server upgrade
Environment Details
After a Server upgrade, some Server Web UI pages appear blank instead of showing the expected content. There may not be any descriptive error messages. These pages include:
- Admin interface
- Users page
- Any Collection page
- User interface
- Any Collection page
- Any Schedule page
- Alteryx Server
- Some pages may give a "Page Not Found" error message
Cause
Browsing data saved in the internet browser prevents the Server web pages from loading correctly.
Resolution
- Clear cookies and cache in the internet browser.
- Reload the Server web page.
