Server Web UI pages are blank after Server upgrade

 

Environment Details

 

After a Server upgrade, some Server Web UI pages appear blank instead of showing the expected content. There may not be any descriptive error messages. These pages include: 

  1. Admin interface
    1. Users page
    2. Any Collection page
  2. User interface
    1. Any Collection page
    2. Any Schedule page
 
  • Alteryx Server
    • All
  • Some pages may give a "Page Not Found" error message


Cause

 

Browsing data saved in the internet browser prevents the Server web pages from loading correctly.



Resolution

 
  1. Clear cookies and cache in the internet browser.
  2. Reload the Server web page.
