Error: “Page Not Found” after authenticating via OKTA Identity Provider
Environment Details
When logging in and authenticating via OKTA, users are redirected to the Alteryx Gallery and a "Page Not Found" error is displayed.
Page Not Found. The Page you are trying to reach does not exist.

Cause
The Attribute Statements configuration in OKTA was not correctly configured. The AAS logs (%ProgramData%\Alteryx\Logs) would show the following error:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The specified network name is no longer available
image.pngThe Claims in the AAS log would show that the "
firstName" and "
lastName" are both in lowercase:
*Note: The Attribute Statements configuration is case-sensitive.

Resolution
1. Change the Attribute Statements from firstname to
firstName and lastname to
lastName in OKTA and save the changes:
image.png2. Restart the Alteryx Service.
3. Try authenticating to the Alteryx Gallery.
