  • Okta Identity Provider

Cause

The Attribute Statements configuration in OKTA was not correctly configured. The AAS logs (%ProgramData%\Alteryx\Logs) would show the following error:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The specified network name is no longer available

The Claims in the AAS log would show that the "firstName" and "lastName" are both in lowercase:
*Note: The Attribute Statements configuration is case-sensitive.
