Cause


Within the Alteryx System Settings, Insights has not been enabled.

Resolution

  1. Select System settings which you can access from Designer under Options > Advanced Options > System Settings (Admin Designer/Server only)

  1. Go to Controller > General settings and select the Enable Insights tick box, to enable Insights.
