The error appears when running a job on the Gallery when the run-as user is configured on the Alteryx Server.

Error 1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
Cause
The reason why this error occurs is that there is a specific service that is disabled on the machine.
Resolution
Please make sure the run-as user has all the necessary permissions as mentioned in the following article.
In order to resolve the issue, you will need to enable the Secondary Logon service on the machine.
Use the Run window to start Services (all Windows versions)
1. Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard, to open the Run window. Then, type "services.msc" and hit Enter or press OK
2. In the Services window search for Secondary Logon service.
3. Click the Start button and make sure the service is running.
