This issue will affect the Legacy Scheduler for :
Cause
Customers can experience the below error message from scheduled jobs :
The feature "API" is not licensed.

The resolution steps are applicable to this issue if :
- Alteryx has been installed in a folder that is not the default one (i.e. C:\Program Files\Alteryx)
- A service account has been set up in Alteryx System Settings (Worker > Run As) or as a Log-On for Alteryx Service (under Services)
Resolution
In accordance to the "Set Required Run As User Permissions" guide, solving this issue consists in providing the service account with permissions on the installation folder :
- Read & execute
- List folder contents
- Read
