When Server schedules are canceled

For whatever reason a schedule is disabled, whether a Studio expires, or for any other legitimate reason, a notification email should be sent to the Admin and the one that created the schedule in advance of it being disabled. When a scheduled workflow is not executed, it leaves us scrambling for answers. A sudden disablement of the schedule is disappointing to discover after all other stones have been turned. Notify us in advance of a schedule being disabled.

I second, third and fourth this! As a system's Admin, it is absolutely critical to know when a schedule has been disabled. Alteryx -- please integrate this or some functionality for the admin to create this alert!

Same here.  We had quite a few get disabled all at once by accident.  Didn't find out until it was too late.

We had the same issue when the e-mail address of a user is changed.

Thank you for your idea! We're currently working to include this idea in a future release along with several other enhancements to our scheduling behavior. We'll update this idea again once we are close to this feature being implemented.

Workaround I have is to use the API runner macro, check any for any schedule which has status disabled or completed and lastrundate in the last 24hrs then email the owner and admin to alert them of the disabled state of the workflow. it's not perfect but its something at least.

Any update on this? I see that there are several notifications that can be sent from the server and this would be a high one. Work arounds are very manual. We had one instance where all schedules were disabled and no one knew for over a day.
