Handling special characters when searching for names and workflows

Special characters cannot be accommodated when searching usernames or workflows in the Gallery and Admin UI pages.

Great news! As of Alteryx Server 23.1 this feature has been implemented. Please make sure to upgrade with the latest version patch as well.
