Dcm setting to allow artisans to choose collaboration option when sharing

I want to let my artisans choose the collaboration option when sharing dcm sources. Currently they'd have to be promoted to curators to do this.

The more we use DCM, the more I wish this were implemented! Perhaps this could be governed via a system setting, where the default is that artisans can't choose collaboration but a server admin can toggle it to allow artisans to choose collaboration.
