Allow Gallery Admin/Curator to download workflows from the UI

It would be nice if the Gallery Admin could download the workflow from the workflow page within the UI, without having to run API calls or having to add himself temporarily to someone else's studio.

Yes! This would be great. The admin panel lets you see every workflow, and you could even delete a workflow. It would nice to download it.

Yes, please! 

Since an admin can use APIs or workarounds for this, there isn't a reason to not include this. It would facilitate the manual migration process from one environment to another.

The fact that this can't be done via the Server GUI is beyond frustrating.

PLEASE hire someone from Tableau to redesign your server experience.
