upgrade from 2019.2 to 2019.4 fatal error

Hi guys,

need some advice:

 

upgrade from .2 to .4:

dumped mongodb on .2

restored in .4

all seemed to be working ok, restore ended with success. However, since, service seems to be running and started but can not access the gallery:

found in gallery log:

 

2020-01-16 17:05:56.108538,FATAL,1,Runner,MigrateDatabase,,,,VM-alteryx-new,,,,,,Database requires migration from 23 to 26. Attempting to obtain lock...,
2020-01-16 17:05:56.108538,FATAL,1,Runner,MigrateDatabase,,,,VM-alteryx-new,,,,,,...lock could not be obtained. Another process is likely performing a migration. Please standby.,

 

and this is replicated constantly.

 

What am I doing wrong?
