Hello everyone:

Is there a way to have the Alteryx server e-mail us when a scheduled run finishes and what that status is?

You can do that with a workflow event. If you click on any whitespace on your canvas and then click on the 'Events' tab of your workflow configuration, then Add > Send Email.
