The Alteryx Server installer comes with the new version of MongoDB already.
Be aware that you have multiple points to be checked before the upgrade.

Moreover, version 22.3 added new cryptography to secure the content, adding one more step to this migration.
Other than that, as a partner, we usually suggest that our clients upgrade to the version before the most recent one, 22.1. This is a standard guideline when working with any kind of software since there could be bugs or issues not yet discovered or corrected.
Lastly, I highly recommend having Alteryx partner support during this upgrade. I`ve already done 50+ upgrades and still find problems/issues I don`t know how to solve.
If you can, please ask your server admin to take a snapshot of the server before the first activity just in case. It is much easier than rolling back the whole server if needed.
