Hi @Arnab_b ,

Not sure if I understood your question, but to roll back, you must restore a MongoDB backup from 22.1.

You can`t roll back your server and use the same MongoDB folder, meaning you will lose everything that happened after the upgrade.

IF you don`t have a backup or don`t want to lose anything, I would suggest contacting Alteryx support and see if they can help you since you probably have a good reason to roll back.

Best,

As long as you have a backup from 22.1, after following the steps outlined here https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/How-to-Downgrade-Alteryx-Server, you can revert to the workflows you have prior to the upgrade. I would also follow the guidance of @fmvizcaino and get your account team involved. The summer was not fun dealing with this Upgrade/Downgrade, and consumed a great deal of time from our internal teams supporting Alteryx.
