how to deactivate alteryx server licence ?

i have question on how to deactivate alteryx server licence

i try to follow this https://help.alteryx.com/product-activation-and-licensing/administer-alteryx-license-server

but on the licence portal (step 2 of that link), i cannot see the Select Machines > Administer Machines option

Hi @wildandsi ,

You can deactivate the license from inside the Alteryx Server. Opening the Designer from inside the server and doing the same process as you would for a designer license.

The second option is from the licensing portal and it seems you don`t have enough permissions to perform that action. This can only be done by license admins.

In case you are the new license admin, reach out to fulfillment@alteryx.com and ask them to add you as an admin to the licenses.

thanks , yes i can contact my licence admin so i can deactivate from there
