determine in which collection(s) a workflow is present

Hello All,

I'm looking for a way to find out (as Alteryx Server User, not Admin!) how to determine in which collections a workflow is present.

Since we have a lot of collections which contain 1 or more workflows present in other collections as well it would be great to have a way to keep track in which a collections a workflow is present, apart from "manual bookkeeping".

To me, it would be sufficient to see these under the workflow details as a simple list.

Hello @ThomasNoebel ,

From what I know this information is not available in the Alteryx Gallery when you log in as a user.

What you could do if you have a Server admin is to create a workflow, display this data in a dashboard with row level security so that users only see what they own.

Hope it helps!
