automated creation of Serverdataconnections

Hi,

 

we wanted to automate the creation of serverdataconnection and then add user/subscription in a automated way. Then users are able to select them in designer very easily :)

With the API it is only possible to read serverdataconnection and users. 

Is there a way to create them as well ?
