amp engine is trigger when amp engine is not checked

recently upgrade server from 2021.2 to 2021.4.

beside it run as "local user" and cause can't access to shared drive. (IT is dealing with alteryx support team with this)

it seem like run with AMP engine while not checked. 

when output to multiple worksheets, the block until done tool is work fine before the upgrade.

however, after the upgrade, the error message below is trigger quite often. 

any suggestion for this?

Hey @PangHC ,

The AMP engine seems unchecked according to the image, so I don`t believe that is the problem. 

I understand your point and you are right, the block until done doesn`t work with the AMP checked.

Could you please share a print screen of your workflow only to check if the block until done is being used correctly?

FY, Issue with BUD with AMP engine has been addressed in 23.1.

here the screenshot, a different one but similar issue.

*for further testing, I tried with AMP and without AMP, both are not working as well
