Workflow Versions always 1 after the 2022.3 server upgrade

Has anyone seen this issue after the server upgrade to 2022.3?

Every workflow we upload has version 1.

Quick follow up question, would you know if the version numbering will fix the existing history version list or only from here on out post the patch?

The exact version number will only be available on release.

This issue got fixed for us by the 2022.3 450 patch
