Workflow Stuck Running

Good morning,

I have a workflow that runs just fine on my local machine but when I try running it in the Alteryx Test Gallery, it deadlocks within 14 mins of running. The workflow shouldn't take more than 30 mins to run and there are no errors popping up. 

What action should I take to resolve this issue? My Workflow type is set to 'Standard Workflow' and the Use AMP Engine option is unchecked (I'm thinking this might be the issue?).

A workflow that takes 30 min to run is not comom. Why does it take that much on your local machine? Maybe there is some room for improvement here. The Server might have enable a setting to kill jobs running longer than 14 min. The admin will be able to tell if that is enabled and what is the exact time limit.

I have a couple of questions/comments:

1) In the gallery, is the workflow still showing as "Running" in the "Workflow Results" tab? I find that it takes longer to run the same workflow on the gallery than on the desktop. I see you cancelled it. You might try the same workflow, with fewer records as a test on the gallery just to confirm that it isn't a connection issue. If there are no connection errors, it may just need more time.

2) In response to the comment below:  I use Alteryx mainly as an ETL tool these days, and I have many workflows that take more than 30 minutes on the desktop or scheduler.
