Workflow Locked in Company Alteryx Gallery

Hello,

When I upload my workflow from Alteryx Designer and into my private studio on the Alteryx Gallery my workflow is locked and will not run. Please see the screenshot below for reference. Does anyone know why this is the case?

Couple of things could be happening:

Your studio subscription may have expired. You will need to reach out to your server admin to change the date in your profile.

It also could be that your server is running in safe or semi-safe mode that will restrict certain tools like the Run Command tool. If you have a tool like that in the workflow this will happen. This would also require you to reach out to your server admin to discuss.

You may also get a message of you select the RUN button and it may give you more information. As this could be related to licensing as well for the server.

If none of these seem to be the situation, please reach out to our Support team and reference this post.
