Workflow Exceeded Maximum Runtime - Can this be overridden?

Good Day,

With our Alteryx environment (2024.2.1.14), we have a hard stop of 2 hours on our jobs, in the event that something fails and a job stalls. I have a user that has a workflow that that exceeds this by 2 + hours. My question is, is there anyway to apply some type of override so this will run WITHOUT changing the hard limit it globally on the server, so the jobs can be scheduled using the server?

Thanks

Hey @mmcbrine1 ,

No, that global setting is all you have.

If you have a multi-node server, you could have a worker with a higher timeout value for cases like this but in a single node, there is no option like that.

Best,

Hi Fernando,

Thanks for confirming what I suspected was the answer.

Thanks
