White screen after running workflow in Server

Question

Hi all,

I was hoping to get some help regarding the white loading screen after a user hits run on an app. This screen goes away after the workflow runs but it takes a while. I was hoping I could setup a message "Please wait until workflow is ran for results"

Has anyone done something similar in the past? thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @andreadeluca1 ,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to show any messages on that page.

I remember seeing some complaints about this issue and also an idea posted.

The only solution is upgrading your server to a newer version. Custom messages can still not be added, but after clicking the run button, you will automatically return to the workflow page while the workflow is running.
