Which api's having primary keys among user and licences

Requirement will be need to find a relationship between users and licences of local host which api's will provide the data having atleast one primary key?

To get all the users from the gallery, use the 'Search for Users' endpoint. https://help.alteryx.com/20223/server/user-endpoints#search-users

 

From the new and improved licensing portal, you can manually export the list of designer users. my.alteryx.com
