Hello @brindhan - Normally if you have saved the workflow only the file name, there can be three possibilities.
1. The file is getting saved in the same folder where you have saved your Alteryx workflow
2. The file is getting saved in "Temp" folder
3. There is a possibility that you added some shared/common/personal drive to your output which you may not have recognized
Best way to check is to see how you have saved your output files. Hope this helps.

Thanks for this, I was able to find the location by checking the Gallery logs.
It gets saved in a temp folder within the controller workspace.
