Users workflow is reporting out of memory when running the Server

I have a user that is reporting that one of their workflows is failing due to an out of memory error, and I really don't even know where to start with this. No other workflows are having this issue.
Server Specs
Server 2016
24gb Ram
1.5 TB disk space
Running Alteryx Server 2023.2.1.89
Error Message
There are no error logs on the hard disk.
Is there any way to get access to the CPU/MEMORY metrics from the database, like what you see in the sever diagnostics page of the Gallery?
Sorry for the lack of information, I really have no idea where to go with this troubleshooting wise.

Hi @mmcbrine1 ,
Depending on how your server was configured, users can overwrite the memory settings with their own settings, which can cause your server to use more memory than it was configured to, so I would start with that.

You can ask the user to adjust the workflow's memory settings or uncheck that box on your server if it is checked.

I have confirmed that this option is enabled on the server, and I have reached out to the user to see if they have overridden any memory settings in the workflow. I will follow up once I know more.
