Users not able to run workflows on Alteryx gallery

Question

Users are not able to run workflows on Alteryx gallery.

When they try to run a workflow from Alteryx gallery, they get a pop up to fill in credentials and when they fill, they get below error message

"Invalid username or password"

Users are having proper Artisan access on gallery and also are added on the AD security group required.

Configuration on Alteryx gallery is set as - Require user credentials

Do let us know on how this issue can be resolved.

For this feature to work, the users must have permission to Log on as a batch job
