Hi all,
Is there a way to configure a user in the gallery so he can see the workflows but not execute them ?
It looks like with the most restrictive role, the viewer role, one can view and execute the workflows on the public gallery.
I would like to set users so they can see the workflows of the public gallery and the workflows of some collections but not execute them.
Also, would there be a way to open a workflow, see what a workflow is doing in details directly on the gallery, without having the designer on the computer ?
Thanks in adavnce,

Hi @Marie31 ,
To your first question you are able to set this limitation at the workflow level, which requires the developer of the workflow to set the limitation under the settings of the workflow. You arent able to do this per area (Collections, Gallery, Private Studio), it is in all locations or none.
You could duplicate the workflow and push each to each one of the locations but it will be a headache to maintain. Hopefully this helps. Removing ability to run workflows from
