User-managed SQL DB compatibility

I can see in the following doc that the only 2 MSSQL versions listed as officially supported for user-managed SQL DB in Alteryx Server 2024.2 are MSSQL Server 2019 and 2022 and Amazon RDS for SQL Server.

Does anyone know if there is a plan to support, or current compatibility with, Microsoft Azure SQL databases?

 

I know it's not listed specifically as "supported", but wasn't sure if it's compatible, if Azure SQL runs on a SQL Server engine.
