Use Browser Tools in Alteryx Gallery to source files from local drive

Question

Please help to execute the Alteryx application in gallery which sources the file from the local machine, transform data and save the transformed data in to selected location drive. I am getting 'the app interface could not be loaded' error when tried with Alteryx gallery. I have attached the sample data for your reference.

Hi,

We have the same issue. The version of our designer and server are the same. We are currently using Version 2022.1. We also tried to run other workflows that uses Browse tool and it perfectly works fine.

The Alteryx designer version used to publish the workflow is 2019.4 and it has been published to Alteryx public gallery. Is it possible to have the workflow with browser tools in Alteryx gallery and use the files from local machine?

A couple of things you could try checking:

1) Is Designer on a later version than Server? If so try publishing the app from a compatible version.

2) Do other apps with interface tools run on the Gallery?
