Hi,
I am trying to upgrade Alteryx Server from 9.5 to 10.1 but due to a known issue with Windows Server 2008, Alteryx suggests to uninstall existing version and do the installation.
Would like to understand how the job schedules can be preserved in such case and if there is a way to back up and restore them, what are the steps to perform that?

during upgrade there will be a back up step for Mongo DB

As per the below note, we need to uninstall the application and MongoDB being an embedded one, it will also get uninstalled leaving no chance of restoration.
Let me know if my assumption is wrong.

I beleive the back will take both Back up in new back up folder(Pre Alteryx MongoDB) and restore the Mongo DB in the new version 3.0
