Unable to start Alteryx Server after trying to change the SSO from CyberArk to Entra

Hello Team,

Currently our Alteryx server is configured SSO with CyberArk.

Recently infra team migrated SSO from CyberArk to Entra.

I tried to make changes in SSO  in the Alteryx System Settings from CyberArk to the Entra which got failed.

Later I tried to cancel the Alteryx System settings and bring up the Alteryx server.

I am seeing following error in the logs.

#########Gallery Service failed to start in a timely fashion, exiting.##############

Backups took before implementing the SSO change:

RuntimeSettings.xml

mongodb

controller token.

Following tasks implemented to resolve the issue:

1)restarted the windows server.

2)replaced RuntimeSettings.xml with the backup copy.

3)Tried to bring up the Alteryx services using cmd

Could anyone help in resolve the issue.

Maybe a lock was created on your MongoDB when you tried to restart the service before. I would try to restore MongoDB as a first step.
