Unable to rename Calgary to bak - Alteryx server

Hi,

I designed an analytical app where the user will choose the file from a sharedrive folder, and the workflow will convert it into calgary database. The calgary database will be saved in temp folder bydefault ( somewhere in ContentApps/Alteryx/Service.... folder in server). After that, the chained workflow will run which will ask user to select the criteria to filter the data. 

When I run this workflow in my local system it works fine. But when I run this in server, it throws me this error "Unable to rename xyz.cydb to xyz.cydb.bak" . I also tried this in Alteryx designer on server machine and there also it throws the same error.

Can someone help me on what might be the possible solution here.
