I was trying to put a link to an external report in the message when a user successfully runs an app from the gallery. I tried to do it with the browse tool but it wasn't cutting it. Anyway, I found this interesting behavior when I tried to publish.
I am on 22.1 and was curious if anyone else saw this happening.

You cannot insert a link there, you need to do through the report Text and Render as pcxml.
