Unable to create Data connection in Server 2022.3.1

We recently upgraded to 2022.3.1.430.  We are now unable to add new data connections.  It allows us to add the details in, but when we push the "Create" button, it gives an error and states "Failed to create".  

Has anyone else had an issue with this?

I found this on the release notes. https://help.alteryx.com/release-notes/server/server-20223-release-notes

I would install the most recent patch to see if it solves it.
