Unable to connect with Oracle

Hello Guru,

Im facing an issue in Alteryx connectivity.  The issue is while connecting Oracle using OCI, it is keep spinning and not getting the result.  But strangely, If I give a wrong password (intentionally), it is giving an error "Invalid username/password", can someone help to fix the issue?

I am trying to connect with oracle using OCI connection. I am able to connect using the Alteryx Desktop but when i am trying same workflow on Alteryx Gallery getting error "ORA 01017: Invalid username/password. What is causing this error?

Thanks for the response.  But the solution did not work for me. it is really strange that, OCI is unable to connect oracle server.
