Hello, 

 

I am getting the error "Unable to allocate 749073362 bytes of memory" in the Download tool which I have set up to download data from a SOAP API. 

 

The workflow runs successfully in my Alteryx Designer but errors on the Gallery. 

 

Any ideas for a solution?

Hello, you may want to review the following discussion in regards to memory usage on the Alteryx Server

 

Unable to allocate memory

 

If you have a paid license, and continue to have issues, please raise a case with Alteryx Support (support@alteryx.com) where further investigation can take place.
