Unable to add Private Studios to Collections

When looking to share a collection with other people, I have a button to add users to a collection, but do not have a button to add private studios to my collection. I'm seeing this in versions 2020.4 and 2021.2. [Screenshot attached of where I'd expect the button] 

I need to add the studios because the user search doesn't find users from different AD forests. Am I missing something here with adding studios?

Very odd.  I see the option on mine (v 2020.2):

Are you set up in the Curator role?

Recently I did an upgrade to 2021.2 in one customer. I received one message talk about the private's studio will be discontinued by Alteryx, and they recommend moving all workflows to one Collection.

In this case make sense, because if you add one private studio to one collection you can be problems.

I believe this is the motive why you can't see this option.

If I'm not wrong we had some presentations talking about it in last Inspire.
