Users and trying to access the collections directly form the given link for the collection however upon clicking the link it taking to the login and to the My Workspace home page.
We would like to share direct links to the collections with our users. However, this does not work because with the direct link it is taking into login and landing into my workspace home page not to the collection directly.
However, when clicking the same direct link twice, its working and taking directly to where its need to go. We are trying to avoid the extra steps of clicking twice to the same link to access the collection. Is this the default behavior or is there any config changes for this? Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
By the way we are using Integrated Windows authentication with Kerberos for Authentication Type.
