Unable to access Gallery

HI,

Wondering if anybody has seen this error before?

{"data":null,"exceptionName":"BadRequestException","innerExceptionMessage":"","message":"Exception of type 'Alteryx.Server.Common.Exceptions.BadRequestException' was thrown."}

 I was able to enter the gallery via a browser on the server however.

Error happened out of nowhere. We did upgrade to 2021.2 5 days ago.

Resolved. Bad setting on Alteryx Configuration Page brought down gallery.

In another recent case, a customer experienced the same issue as above which started a few days after installing Server 2021.2.  They resolved it by removing lines from Server > Admin > Configuration > Gallery Settings > Allowed Hosts

How do you remove those lines if you cant get in?
Is there a config somewhere that can be changed?

It was a brand new install so, I was trying to make it more secure by adding some wild card dns addresses to allowed hosts.  The error appeared right after I saved those settings.

As it was a new install I just uninstalled and reinstalled but the advice on backing up the database will be very handy.

Hi everyone,

I facing similar error as per thread. User unable to access Alteryx Gallery via local machines using AD authentication, however when we restart the server user success to access the Alteryx Gallery.

We try to troublehsoot and found when using another AD credential user can access via local machines
